Mining intrinsic safety pressure transmitter/pressure sensor model: HKGY50
1、 Overview
The HKGY50 pressure transmitter is highly suitable and versatile for both dynamic and static pressure measurements. Ceramic pressure sensors have excellent corrosion resistance, high stability, and high precision. Due to its natural frequency and sturdy structure, the transmitter can withstand strong impacts and vibrations.
2、 Measurement principle and precautions
Corrosion resistant ceramic pressure sensors do not have a liquid transmission effect, and the measured medium directly acts on the measuring diaphragm, so the measured pressure is relatively stable. The varistor is printed on the back of the ceramic film and connected to form a Wheatstone bridge. Pressure is applied to the measuring diaphragm, causing slight deformation of the diaphragm. Due to the piezoresistive effect of the varistor, the bridge outputs a voltage signal proportional to the pressure, which is amplified and converted into a standard current signal output after voltage and current conversion.
3、 Application scope
This transmitter can be widely used in process control, automatic devices, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
